Dr. Jade Sullivan was born and raised in Ennismore, Ontario but moved to the area and joined our office in 2019. She graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph and Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry in 2019. From both institutions she graduated on the Dean’s Honour List. Dr. Sullivan completed her ocular disease and therapeutics internship at the Omni Eye Services of Atlanta, where she treated many ocular diseases including macular degeneration, diabetes and glaucoma. Before her graduation in 2019, Jade had the opportunity to volunteer for an optometric mission trip in Haiti. The entire experience was very rewarding, and she hopes to get involved with more trips like this in the future.
She enjoys working with patients of all ages, but has a particular interest in ocular diseases, specifically dry eye, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and glaucoma management.
